In HP News: MyCAP, HYM Proposal Recommended by Roxbury Oversight Committee

On October 4th, 2022, High Profile News reported that the HYM Investment Group team, My City at Peace (MyCAP), has received a recommendation from the Roxbury Strategic Masterplan Oversign Committee (RSMOC) to continue onwards with the development of their 700,000 square ft. plan for building a life science, partly residential space that would uplift the Roxbury neighborhood through economic possibilities for local, minority-owned businesses and employment opportunities for community residents.

In Banker & Tradesman: Developers Win Rights for Huge Roxbury Parcel

On October 4th, 2022, Banker and Tradesman reported that HYM Investment Group, My City at Peace Parcel 3, have received word that their proposal for a 700,000 square ft. life science space as part of a development plan for the vacant plot located at Tremont and Whittier streets will be in execution soon.

In The Dorchester Reporter: Center lane plan for Mattapan draws flak from top state Senate candidates

The four major candidates sounded off on the $60 million project at a forum on July 20 at Roxbury’s Hibernian Hall sponsored by the Communities of Color coalition. While much in the Blue Hill Avenue plan is up for debate, city transportation officials have indicated in community meetings that the center-lane bus proposal is likely a non-negotiable part of the planning.
