In an effort to provide affordable home ownership opportunities to our moderate income residents, we launched a comprehensive first time homebuyer pilot program earlier this month. The program includes a homebuyer orientation, homebuyer education workshops, financial literacy training, and down payment assistance with a goal to financially empower our residents and promote homeownership in our geographic service area.

The next information session takes place on Monday, December 4th at 6:00pm in the Smith House Community Room (757 Shawmut Avenue).
