We’re excited to announce that construction at our 9 Williams property is near completion, and we are now leasing for January 2018. The property includes 30 units of mixed-income rental housing, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and approximately 7,500 square feet of commercial space. 9 Williams is located at the corner of Washington and Williams Streets in Dudley Square. The building has a rich history, and over the years has been home to a buggy manufacturing company as well as the Tropical Foods grocery store. Applicants for the affordable units must apply through the lottery process. To participate in the lottery, interested applicants must request an application by October 30, 2017, and return completed applications by November 10, 2017.  Market rate units (and any affordable units not filled through the lottery process) will be leased on a first-come, first-serve basis.
