About The Red Velvet Steppers: The Red Velvet Steppers dance group is strictly focused on Chicago Stepping, an African-American Dance. Chicago Stepin is a partner dance that originated in Chicago during the 1970s. The wing dancing movement evolved from the Bop, Lindy Hop, and Jitterbug dance. The group aims to expand African-American Dance knowledge and promote community fellowship through dance and music.
When:Wednesdays until April 5th, 2023; from 6:30 pm — 7:00 pm
Age Range: Anyone age 18 — 60+
