About MPDC’s Meal Prep and Participation Class: Learn how to prepare, preserve, and create healthy meals with a group of participants in classes led by a Certified Nutritionist.

When: November 30th, December 1st, December 7th, December 8th; from 5:00 pm — 7:00 pm

Where: Smith House (757 Shawmut Ave., Roxbury, MA 02119)

Cost: FREE!
