Are you ready to take the first step toward homeownership? We are excited to invite you to our First-Time Homebuyer Class on Saturday, February 2nd and 9th, from 9 AM to 2 PM – all online via Zoom!
This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best – Denisha McDonald, a certified expert in the field. Upon completion of this HUD-certified course, you will receive a certificate that grants you access to valuable resources such as:
- Financial Assistance Programs
- Mass Housing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage
- MassHousing Mortgages
- Homeownership Lotteries
- First-Time Homebuyer Mortgages
The certificate is recognized statewide and is valid for 3 years!

Class is free and being provided by MPDC for MPDC residents only
Makeup class attendance is allowed if needed.
