First Teacher’s Open Mic Fundraising Event (21+) is an event designed to bring First Teacher stakeholders from all corners of the city together to celebrate their first five years together building the First Teacher movement. Their goal is to highlight the impact of a school-readiness movement from within: one that has been built, sustained and nurtured by the same families that participate. Please join them for a night of joyous community celebration and building on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Hibernian Hall.

They promise: there is no obligation to perform! They have already enlisted talented musicians, storytellers, dancers, and poets from the community. (But they will have some free time slots if you are moved and brave!)
