DREAM Mentoring Program

The DREAM Program uses a village mentoring model, where mentees have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with their paired mentors while also participating in engaging group mentoring activities. Village mentoring functions like a community garden, where DREAM’s youngest mentees can grow and support others’ growth just as much as the adult volunteers. Every DREAMer can benefit from the shared programming and collective opportunities to grow together.
